This notice is limited to the collection of personal data through the contact, project assessment and quote request forms on the AKILTA website.

2. What data may be collected?
Depending on the form, we may process your name, email address, company or brand name, website address, request or project type, project information you provide in free-text fields, and limited technical records needed to operate the form and understand the source of the request, such as language and source-page information.
Please do not send passwords, payment or card information, API keys, or unnecessary sensitive personal data through these forms.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data may be processed to respond to your inquiry, assess your request and potential project or service needs, conduct necessary meetings and proposal processes, maintain continuity of communications and inquiry records, protect information security and prevent abuse, and fulfil applicable legal obligations when required.
Processing a contact or quote request does not by itself mean that you have consented to marketing communications. Where required, an appropriate separate permission or preference mechanism will be used for marketing communications.
4. Legal grounds
Depending on the nature of the specific request, data may be processed on the legal grounds provided in Article 5 of the KVKK, including where processing is directly related to establishing or performing a contract, is necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation, or is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed.
5. Transfers and service providers
To the extent necessary, data may be shared with authorised persons handling the process on behalf of AKILTA; technical service providers used for website hosting, form operation, security, email and communications infrastructure; and competent public authorities where legally required.
The AKILTA website uses Shopify infrastructure. Accordingly, website and form data may be processed in different countries by Shopify group companies and technical subprocessors as part of providing the service. Where personal data is transferred abroad, the requirements and applicable transfer mechanisms under Article 9 of the KVKK must be complied with.
6. Method of collection
Personal data is obtained by automated or partly automated means when you complete forms on the website or communicate with us electronically.
7. Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to the extent required by applicable legal retention obligations. When the purpose of processing ends and there is no other legal ground requiring retention, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the applicable procedures.
8. Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may exercise the applicable rights provided by law, including asking whether your personal data is processed, requesting information if it has been processed, learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, learning the third parties to whom it is transferred, requesting correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and requesting deletion or destruction when the applicable conditions are met.
9. Applications
Requests concerning your rights under the KVKK may be submitted to 7T Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi in writing at Merkez Mah. Cömerttürk Sk. No: 38/2, Güngören, Istanbul, Türkiye, or by another application method permitted under the applicable KVKK legislation. If an application is sent by ordinary email, the email address used must meet the conditions prescribed by the applicable application rules, including where relevant that it has previously been provided to and registered in the data controller's systems. Necessary and proportionate identity-verification information may be requested to confirm the applicant and respond correctly.
