AKILTA / WORDPRESS + WOOCOMMERCE

We build WordPress projects by treating content flexibility, performance, security and maintenance as one connected system.

New business site, an existing WordPress rebuild, a WooCommerce store, migration or ongoing care: we assess the use case and current system first, then build or improve WordPress when it is actually the right tool.

This is not a client screenshot or performance proof; it shows the system layers we treat together in WordPress delivery.

01 / USE CASE

We choose WordPress because it fits the use case—not merely because it was requested.

01

Business / content site

Teams that update content regularly, service sites, resource centers or projects needing strong editorial management.

02

WooCommerce

Catalog and sales projects where combining WordPress content management with commerce is a sensible fit.

03

Redesign / rebuild

Sites needing controlled restructuring because of an outdated theme, fragmented plugins, weak content hierarchy or maintenance friction.

04

Migration

Projects that need controlled migration of content, URLs and functionality from another CMS or an older WordPress setup.

02 / PLATFORM FIT

WordPress is a powerful tool, but it is not the default for every project.

Content ownership, editorial needs, plugin ecosystem, commerce requirements, maintenance capacity and custom-development boundaries are considered together. If another platform is a better fit, we say so.

Good fit

  • Content will be updated frequently by a team
  • The WordPress/WooCommerce ecosystem fits the real requirement
  • Editorial flexibility and ownership matter
  • Maintenance and update ownership can be clearly defined

Another approach may fit better

  • The project is primarily a custom application or workflow
  • Commerce operations are better served by another platform
  • Plugin dependency would create unnecessary complexity
  • Update and maintenance ownership cannot be sustained

03 / BUILD + REBUILD

We do not separate theme changes from content structure and plugin impact.

01

Information & content architecture

Sitemap, content types, editor behavior and URL structure are clarified before or alongside design.

02

Theme & component system

We aim for reusable, responsive and manageable components/sections instead of one-off page copies.

03

Plugin decisions

Rather than adding a plugin for every need, we assess the role, data access, performance impact and maintenance burden of plugins.

04

Migration & release

Content, URLs, redirects, forms and integrations are migrated in a controlled way, with staging and rollback thinking where appropriate.

04 / WOOCOMMERCE + INTEGRATION

WooCommerce is more than the storefront: catalog, payments, operations and integrations work together.

Connections such as payments, shipping, ERP, CRM and feeds are validated against project and provider conditions. Compatibility or supportability is not assumed before required APIs, plugins and operational boundaries are understood.

05 / PERFORMANCE · SECURITY · SEO

Performance, security and SEO are not completed by installing a single plugin.

01

Performance

Theme, plugins, media, cache/CDN and third-party scripts are assessed. No score is guaranteed; real results are reported only when measured.

02

Security

Update discipline, access/roles, secret/credential handling, backups, provider and plugin risk are considered within scope. We do not promise “hack-proof” or complete security.

03

Technical SEO

Crawl/index intent, metadata, headings, internal links, URLs/redirects and structured-data needs are handled with the page architecture. Rankings are not guaranteed.

04

Accessibility & QA

Semantic structure, keyboard/focus behavior, forms, responsive presentation and critical user paths are included in pre-release quality checks.

06 / MAINTENANCE

A WordPress project does not end at launch; it needs an update and ownership model.

Maintenance scope varies by project. Responsibilities for core/theme/plugin updates, backups, monitoring, change discipline and provider dependencies are clarified up front. Ongoing care may be a separate service scope.

07 / FAQ

Before a WordPress project.

Do I need to rebuild my existing WordPress site completely?

No. We do not assume a rebuild before reviewing theme, plugin structure, content model and intended change. A narrower improvement scope may be enough.

Can you build or improve a WooCommerce store?

For suitable projects, yes. Catalog, checkout, payments/shipping, integrations and operational needs are assessed together; third-party compatibility is validated against provider conditions.

Will the WordPress site be secure?

Absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Updates, access, plugin/provider selection, backups and suitable technical controls are designed to reduce risk; ongoing maintenance ownership matters as well.

Are SEO and performance optimization included?

Launch technical foundations and in-scope performance/SEO checks can be included. Ongoing SEO campaigns, content production or guaranteed scores/rankings are not standard scope.

Can you provide maintenance after launch?

For suitable projects, yes. Maintenance can be defined as a separate scope covering updates, backups, monitoring, small changes and controlled releases.

08 / START

Do you need WordPress, or simply the right web solution?

Tell us briefly about the current site, content/commerce need and maintenance expectations. We can validate platform fit and recommend build, rebuild, WooCommerce or a more suitable route.
